At Ayat, each product is customized specifically for the customer, including name or initials embossing (where applicable). Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Please Note

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect name or details provided by the customer

• Personal preference issues (color choice, design expectations, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• Or a product with wrong customization due to our mistake

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product

• Your order number

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement if the fault is on our side.
